Edgar A. Smith (CPT, CFI, CSN)

Edgar is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Instructor with over 16 years experience in the fitness industry in Wichita Kansas, he is certified with the International Sports Medicine Association and the American Aerobic Association International. He has trained elite athletes including but not limited to (Adrian Griffin of the Chicago Bulls(NBA)Wichita, Harvey Grant Formerly of the Portland Trailblazers(NBA)Atlanta, and Korleone Young of the Chinese Professional Basketball League . Edgar served four years in the U.S. Army and uses his knowledge to provide Group Fitness Boot Camp Training in Wichita and surrounding areas. Endurance Training, Core Conditioning, and Circuit Training are also included. He is CPR and First Aid certified by the American Heart Association. Edgar was one of the key components in the formation of Fitness Boot Camp and strives daily to reduce the rate of obesity in Wichita and throughout the state.

Paulina Archibeque (BSN, CFT, CPT)

Paulina has always been interested in health, wellness, and fitness. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and is certified through the American Aerobic Association and the International Sports Medicine Association as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Aerobics Instructor, Cycling Instructor, Kid and Teen Fitness, and Total Body Strength Training. She is also certified in CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association and is certified through the Emergency Nurses Association in Trauma Nursing Core Course. She has instructed many different classes over the years including aerobics, kick boxing, pump, step, core, and kid fitness. She was with us at the beginning of Fitness Bootcamp in 2006 and has seen more people become successful with their personal weight and fitness goals at Fitness Bootcamp, than she has seen in the entire 20 years of teaching. She loves to see people become successful, meet their own goals, and maintain their new healthy lifestyles. She brings a wide range of knowledge, safety, and motivated spirit to our Fitness Bootcamp team.

Diane is a registered/licensed dietitian in private practice with a master’s degree in nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in fitness. She is also a certified diabetic educator. She has 20 years experience in the wellness/nutrition area and enjoys helping others be healthy and fit. Diane is a member of the Kansas Governor’s Council on Fitness and the Chairperson of the Kansas Dietetic Association.

Bryan L. Prose (CFT)

Bryan has been a certified personal trainer since 2000. As a child, Bryan got his athletic start as a gymnast and a martial artist. As an adult, he continued his enthusiasm for fitness by becoming an all natural bodybuilder. He origanally joined Fitness Bootcamp as a client in order to get in shape for a bodybuilding competetion, he loved the program so much that he decided to become an instructor. Bryan specializes in resistance training and building lean muscle.

George Leary

BA Natural Science, Bethel College

MS Educational Administration, Kansas State University

George joined Fitness Bootcamp in 2010. He has always been active in various athletic pursuits participating in track and football through college. Lifelong activities include hiking, biking, running, triathlons, challenge course races, and Bootcamp. He keeps active just for the health of it. In 2013, George became a trainer with Fitness Bootcamp because He enjoys the variety of bodyweight exercises and challenges himself to incorporate new activities/exercises into the daily workouts. As an educator, he understands the importance of designing a workout to meet the needs of all participants regardless of individual fitness levels.
